TERMS OF SERVICE


1. Scope of Services

AffixWorks provides printing production, fabrication, and installation services including but not limited to:

  • Event backdrop production

  • Signage systems

  • Printed carpet solutions

  • LED rental solutions

All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.


2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations or project specification revisions.


3. Order Confirmation

An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon:

  • Written acceptance via email or WhatsApp

  • Receipt of required deposit payment

AffixWorks reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accuracy of submitted artwork

  • Correct spelling and content approval

  • Ownership or licensing of all provided materials

AffixWorks shall not be liable for errors in client-approved files.


5. Production Variations

Due to inherent differences in printing processes, lighting conditions, and display calibration, minor color variations may occur.

Such variations shall not constitute a production defect.


6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Approved digital payment channels

Production may commence only after payment confirmation.

Late payments may result in production delays.


7. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Production schedules

  • Logistics constraints

  • Force majeure events

AffixWorks shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.


8. Claims & Liability

Any claims regarding defects must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total contract value of the affected order.

AffixWorks shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
